No messy grinding for you as we take care of that and add these amazing ingredients as well.

Each tablespoon of psyllium contains 9 g of fiber, which may aid in creating a sensation of fullness; it is important to drink adequate liquid when using ground psyllium husks, as this allows the fiber to pass through your intestines.
