Instructions:

Simply unscrew the cap, fill your bottle with water and draw water up through the straw. On initial use, you may want to discard the first few sips of water. For cleaning the water bottle and cap, first unscrew cap and remove the filter straw. We recommend you hand wash the bottle and cap with warm soapy water and rinse well before daily use. DO NOT wash the water filter straw. The flip up silicone mouth piece is removable for easy washing. If not using for a period of time, best to clean and let air dry. To use as just a water filter straw, remove straw from cap, gently press blue straw mouth piece onto straw. Begin use.
